Information You Give Us

Detavernier Strategic Communication collects PII and/or other data from individuals when you voluntarily enter one of our websites and complete a survey, order form or registration page, either online or offline. By registering at this Website, or other third party web sites as described herein, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Section 310 et seq.), as amended from time to time (“ATSR”). Notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call List, we reserved the right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with ATSR.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file that is placed on your hard drive that enables us to analyze our web page effectiveness and identify you with the corresponding data that we have in our database. Detavernier Strategic Communication reserves the right to retain cookie data indefinitely.

Google Analytics: These cookies are set by Google Universal Analytics. They are used to calculate visitor, session and campaign data for the Sites’ analytics reports. The default lifespan of the cookie is 1 hour – 2 years.

Web Beacons

DETAVERNIER STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION ALSO DOES NOT KNOWINGLY ACCEPT PII AND/OR OTHER DATA FROM ANY SUCH USERS OF ITS WEBSITES AND/OR ANY THIRD PARTIES.

How to Unsubscribe

If you wish to unsubscribe from all of our offers, please send us an email at [email protected] (subject line: unsubscribe) and we will globally suppress your email address in our system.

Please note that users can not update or delete previously submitted information. If your information (such as your email address) should change, we ask that you re-submit a registration form or request.

Practices of Third Parties

We cannot control, and are not responsible, for any third party’s use of cookies, web beacons or other technology to collect information about an individual.

Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Detavernier Strategic Communication. California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 enables California residents who have provided PII to Detavernier Strategic Communication, and/or to a third party who has then shared such information with Detavernier Strategic Communication, to request information regarding the company’s disclosure of such PII information to third parties. Within thirty days of receipt of such a request, Detavernier Strategic Communication will provide a list of the PII disclosed to third parties for the past calendar year, along with the names and addresses of such third parties. This request may not be made more than once per calendar year. Should you wish to exercise your rights under this Section, please use the postal address listed below. Detavernier Strategic Communication reserves the right not to honor and/or respond to such requests that are not sent to the address below.
